This high-end, user-friendly bedside interactive screen enhances the experience for both healthcare providers and patients, offering a sophisticated and human-centric interface. When activated, the terminal simultaneously sends call alerts to the nurse station, door indicator light, and corridor display screens. These alerts are accompanied by both audio and visual signals, ensuring timely response to patient requests.

The bedside terminal is equipped with a 15.6-inch LCD touchscreen, mounted on an adjustable arm next to the patient's bed for use by both patients and healthcare staff. Patients can access high-quality services at any time via the smart touchscreen, such as quickly checking real-time condition, test results, payment status, vital signs, controlling lighting, curtains, and television, ordering meals, learning about hospital and department information, and viewing educational content related to their condition pushed by the hospital or nursing staff. Healthcare professionals can easily retrieve patient information through the bedside terminal and access the nurse station to check and perform medical tasks using a password, Face ID, or IC card. This device is designed to provide maximum convenience for both healthcare staff and hospitalized patients.
